{"id":2127,"date":"2026-08-10T21:43:43","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T21:43:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/azkyalnewsnetwork.com\/?p=2127"},"modified":"2026-08-10T21:43:43","modified_gmt":"2026-08-10T21:43:43","slug":"ompung-lomok-soroti-penertiban-peti-madina-jangan-tebang-pilih","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/azkyalnewsnetwork.com\/index.php\/2026\/08\/10\/ompung-lomok-soroti-penertiban-peti-madina-jangan-tebang-pilih\/","title":{"rendered":"Ompung Lomok Soroti Penertiban PETI Madina &#8220;Jangan Tebang Pilih&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MADINA <em><a href=\"http:\/\/azkyalnews.com\">azkyalnews.com<\/a><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Ketua <em><strong>Persatuan Marga Pulungan Sedunia<\/strong><\/em> Cabang Kabupaten Mandailing Natal (Madina), Mangaraja Sitimbul Pulungan alias Ompung Lomok, meminta Forkopimda Madina tidak tebang pilih dalam penertiban Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI).<\/p>\n<p>Pernyataan itu disampaikan, Senin (11\/8\/2026), menyikapi penertiban yang dinilai lebih banyak berdampak kepada masyarakat kecil yang menggantungkan hidup dari aktivitas tambang.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, jika PETI harus ditertibkan, penindakan harus menyasar seluruh pihak yang terbukti melanggar, termasuk pelaku bermodal besar yang menggunakan alat berat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jangan hanya masyarakat kecil yang ditindak. Kalau ada pelaku bermodal besar yang terbukti melanggar hukum, harus diproses juga. Hukum harus berlaku adil,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ompung Lomok juga meminta pemerintah tidak menyamakan seluruh aktivitas pertambangan masyarakat dengan PETI skala besar.<\/p>\n<p>Ia meminta dugaan keterlibatan oknum dalam aktivitas PETI diverifikasi dan diproses berdasarkan bukti, bukan sekadar isu.<\/p>\n<p>Selain penindakan, ia mendesak Pemkab dan DPRD Madina menyiapkan solusi ekonomi bagi masyarakat yang terdampak penertiban.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jangan hanya ditertibkan.
