MADINA azkyalnewsnetwork.com<\/a><\/em><\/strong> – Peringatan Hari Buruh Internasional 1 Mei 2026 di Mandailing Natal (Madina) berlangsung tanpa gaung dari pemerintah daerah.<\/p>\n

Bahkan dalam peringatan tahunan yang diadakan di Kantor Grib Jaya, Kelurahan Pidoli ini tak satupun terlihat perwakilan pemerintah daerah yang hadir.<\/p>\n

Sejumlah serikat buruh menyebut Pemerintah Kabupaten Madina minim perhatian pada nasib ribuan pekerja, buruh sawit, dan outsourcing.<\/p>\n

Padahal, isu nasional tahun ini fokus pada upah layak, tolak PHK massal, dan hapus outsourcing. Di Madina, masalah buruh justru makin pelik tanpa solusi.<\/p>\n

Dewan Pimpinan Cabang F.SPTI.KSPSI Samsuddin Nasution pada Wartawan di peringatan Hari Buruh hari ini mengatakan. Hingga 1 Mei 2026, Pemkab Madina belum merilis program khusus buruh.<\/p>\n

Justru yang terlihat Bupati masih asik program seremoni. Sementara pos pelatihan kerja dan pengawasan ketenagakerjaan tak terdengar.<\/p>\n

Di tengah semboyan nasional _\u201cKerja Layak, Upah Adil\u201d kata Samsuddin, buruh Madina masih tak tersentuh dan terkesan tidak terlalu diperdulikan.<\/p>\n

Samsuddin meminta Pemkab Madina harus memperhatikan kondisi buruh di daerah ini sebab UMK Madina 2026 yang ditetapkan belum sepenuhnya dijalankan oleh perusahaan.<\/p>\n

Ketegasan Pemerintah Daedah diharapkan hadir pada perusahaan termasuk hadirnya Disnaker sidak ke perusahaan yang mempekerjakan buruh.<\/p>\n

Isu BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kata Samsuddin juga harus menjadi perhatian Pemkab Madina. Sebab masih banyak perusahaan yang mempekerjakan buruh yang tidak di daftar sebagai peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n

PP No. 35\/2021 mewajibkan pemda bentuk dewan pengupahan dan rutin turun ke lapangan. Faktanya, rapat dewan pengupahan Madina 2025 lalu molor, UMK telat ditetapkan bahkan Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja Pemkab Madina sendiri masih dijabat pelaksana tugas yang kebijakannya sangat terbatas.<\/p>\n

Terakhir Samsuddin meminta Pemda Madina segera membentuk Satgas Perupahan untuk menghindari banyaknya buruh yang menerima upah tidak layak. Kemudian Efektifkan Dewan Pengupahan Daerah dan Subsidi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk buruh informal.<\/p>\n
